How it works
- Intake — The client process, data sources, constraints and success criteria are captured as the factual source of truth. Control: Scope and data boundaries are agreed before any build decision.
- Structure — Domain entities, workflows and integrations are modeled into a typed, testable contract. Control: The data model is reviewable independently of any AI behavior.
- Rules — Deterministic business rules and guardrails are defined before generative behavior is added. Control: Rules run first; the model never overrides a deterministic decision.
- Execution — The application runs on AXIO’s shared stack — React/Vite/TS front, FastAPI + Postgres/pgvector back — reusing memory, routing and tool layers. Control: Reused layers arrive already tested rather than reinvented per project.
- Validation — Outputs are checked against tests and evidence for the current task before they reach a user. Control: A generated result is not treated as correct until validated.
